Photo Friday: German Potato Salad

roasted potatoes • carrots • onions • balsamic


  1. It looks lovely. I have a friend who always makes tons of this, with bacon for her boys! And good to get spoiled eh?

  3. Kitchen: Bacon would really add some richness to it. I do well, being spoiled that is.

    Ethel: I didn't make it but I think all you do is roast the veggies in olive oil, salt and pepper then toss with a bit of balsamic vinegar an a light toss of sugar to cut the acidity.
