Spicy: Hee hee! My husband made it in the slow cooker and he let it reduce about 5 times as much as I would. It's gorgeous. Dark and rich in colour, a little bit thick and the flavour is a strong chicken stock flavour but it's not horribly salty. Also, it takes only a few tablespoons in a recipe because it's so rich. I'm afraid it's going to be a fluke and we'll never be able to recreate it, that's how good it is!

From the looks of it, it really does look like the best stock in the world!!! I can almost taste the slight saltiness and the flavors.. what is it though? Where is the recipe!! Hehehehe.
